SUMAC is a family kitchen. We cook the food we grew up sharing: bright, generous Mediterranean dishes made from scratch and baked fresh every day.
Our produce is grown in our family's garden here on Vancouver Island, picked fresh and on your table the same week. It is a short trip from the land to your plate, and you can taste it.
